The world's longest soft-bore earth tunnel, Mount Baker tunnel is an example of successful partnership between the State of Washington DOT, Kiewit Construction, Totem Electric, and Dimensional Communications. We provided a state-of-the-art fiber optic-based CCTV, radio rebroadcast and emergency telecommunications systems.
